Hello I am an LPCC practicing in Colorado. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Berkeley, and received my Master of Arts in Counseling at Regis University. 

I have worked in Hospice organizations focused on companioning alongside newly bereaved individuals as they navigate a new and different world without their loved one. Additionally, I support clients navigating a variety of complex issues including chronic pain and illness, trauma, anxiety, and depression. These issues can often feel unnavigable, and isolating. My approach to working with clients experiencing these concerns is grounded in an empathic, non-judgemental approach, in which we work together to establish your goals for therapy and aspirations in your life. Your goals might include processing your grief, developing resilience and acceptance in the face of chronic health struggles, cultivating healthier coping mechanisms, and processing past traumas. 

My influences include, somatic psychology, mindfulness practices, dreamwork, sandtray, Jungian depth psychology, image-based work and visualizations, and active imagination. I look forward to supporting you in whatever your goals may be in therapy.
