Sandi believes the experiences and events we encounter along our journey are unique to us, influence who we are, and how we show up in relationships. Sandi believes in creating a healing, collaborative, and comfortable space which allows room for growth, deeper connection, the reduction of shame, and psychological flexibility.
Sandi understands a trusting therapeutic relationship is the first step in beginning your healing journey. Sandi offers a unique and integrative approach to healing, while working with both couples and individuals. She specializes in navigating the complexities of marital/family conflict, trauma, life transitions, women’s issues, and eating disorders.
With couples counseling Sandi implements the Gottman Method, along with Imago dialogue, and Parts work to build trust and intimacy. She utilizes a host of modalities including ACT, Brainspotting, Narrative, CBT, and DBT, understanding that therapy is not a one size fits all.
Sandi has completed several Gottman trainings, is Brainspotting certified for both couples and individuals. She is EDIT trained (for the treatment of eating disorders) as well as trained through Postpartum Support International in Maternal Mental Health.
In Sandi’s free time she enjoys watching her triplets participate in sports, playing with her bulldogs, and hiking with her husband.
